Art Portfolio 1: Project statements

For my Art Portfolio one, as an animation student, I will be making an animation of about 2 to 3 minutes, aimed for teenagers on the theme of Industrialisation.  I am planning on creating a character digitally using photoshop, with a role, and personality using the concept of steam punk, in an environment that heavily relies on heavy machinery.

The animation will be a scene of an anonymous notorious criminal, known for robing mansions, making him the most wanted criminal in the city. In this animation, he will be targeting one of the most heavily guarded mansions in the city, slowly taking out every guard to get inside to steal gold.

The reason why he took such a path was after his mother fell terribly ill, and he did not have enough money to get her the treatment she needed.
