Creating a website: Homepage.

 Today I will be creating a website to display my work in character design and animation using 'Wix'. By the use of a template, I will customize my home page

 I chose this template because of the colorful background and has the perfect page at the end where I can present all my characters.

I attached my heading to the header. Afterwards, I then deleted every column and text boxes I did not need.

 This is my home page after all the changes mentioned above. I had to also change the footer with the correct details, such as date, and name. I deleted the initial background and used another which I felt that displayed a world that matches the description of my animation concept. I also felt that it had a 2D touch instead of 3D, which is what I wanted.

I then decided to change the background photo to one of my art which felt more original than using another image. I made it using Procreate on a tablet so I had to email it to myself in order to access it.

After emailing the image I saved it as 'JPEG', and then inserted it onto the background. To do this, I navigated towards ' Insert Image', which is found at the very top of the menu, and clicked 'Upload from computer', and then selected the image. Furthermore, I dragged and dropped the image onto the the homepage, which I then scaled to fit perfectly on the home page. 

Since the back ground was plain, I later added some color to it by selecting it, navigating towards 'Change background' and the clicked on 'color', where I selected multiple colors that matched the back ground of my image to blend it all in.
